Seek A Federal Injunction? Federal Equal Access Rights include the Capitol Monument

An open letter

To: Governor Mary Fallin, Attorney General Pruitt, and the Legislative leaders:
PLEASE, I  implore you and your fellow lawmakers, especially Rep Mike Ritze; to appeal to the federal courts and seek an injunction barring the Oklahoma Supreme Court;s order.
The 1990s SCOTUS made a landmark ruling called "Equal Access". It guaranteed federal constitutional rights to bible clubs, for  full access to school facilities and supervisors for their bible clubs.

Because of that ruling, Fellowship Of Christian Athletes is guaranteed use of public facilities for religious activities, If government institutions let other groups use the capitol grounds, they MUST let faith groups also. If the Chamber of Commerce is allowed to erect a monument at the capitol, so should the Gideons.

A sanctioned Muslim Religious service was held at the capitol in 2015
Last Spring the Muslims held a prayer service in the Rotunda. And that is a guaranteed right of the group.
An ancient Indian religious rite is now depicted on all Oklahoma standard vehicle license plates. A Federal judge has upheld that religious expression.
In like manner, the peoples' various expressions of faith should have the ability to apply for the equitable public use of public grounds, facilities, and services.
Please file the case and the immediate injunction because irreparable harm of civil rights would otherwise be incurred. When the state capitol management grants permits for organized faith groups, they are honoring a federal right of those groups.
